ColorForms

ColorForms is an ongoing photographic series designed to process past traumas and contemporary cultural experiences. Through abstract representations of people, locations, and memories of significance, these photographs are meditations on their physical or conceptual spaces and moments in time.

Inspired in part by Mark Rothko’s Colorfields and Multiforms, and a deep passion for the study of semiotics, these abstract photographs are my meditations on locations of personal significance, representative of their places in space and time.

Solo Exhibition: ColorForms, October 2015, Artists at Work Gallery, Maine College of Art (Portland, Maine)

Pigment Prints, 24"x24" and larger.
